Kim is a registered Yoga Teacher and Licensed Massage Therapist in Massachusetts and Florida. She will be offering Monday morning classes in the fellowship hall. |
Gentle Morning Yoga 10:00 a.m. Monday Accessible to all ages and levels. Practice combines movements in a chair and standing, with optional floor postures. Linking movement with breath, this class is designed to enhance balance, strength and range of motion in the body while calming the mind. Students will be encouraged to listen to the wisdom of their own bodies, with options and modifications given to meet individual needs. |

Vinyasa Flow Yoga 7:00 p.m. Evenings Students will be guided through a series of floor and standing postures at a relaxed pace, with detailed explanations and modifications given for beginners.
